Blood Flusher

Cut a freshly ploughed lemon grass and rinse thoroughly

Cut and render into smaller sizes

Add clean water into a clean cooking pot

Add the cut and well rendered leaves into the pot

Put on the fire to boil and steam for 20-30 minutes till the water has turned coloured

Allow to cool but warm and consume 1-2 small size cup

You can add little sugar or milk to taste

It can also be used in tea making, hence serving as the commonly used ‘Lipton’ and chocolates.

If plenty pour into a clean warmer or flask

Always warm before consuming if already cold

A day preparation and consumption is mostly advisable
